Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 50 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- 6 tbsp milk
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Fat for the mold

quick, easy and delicious
First, cream the butter (preferably microwaved shortly beforehand) with the sugar until fluffy. Then add the flour, quark, milk, salt, and baking powder and knead well. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan, cut a slit lengthwise, and bake at 175°C for about 60 minutes (it’s best to do a toothpick test). Then let it cool.
