  • 3 packets of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Grandma mares

Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a whisk. Finally, knead thoroughly several times by hand. Simply pour the dough into a round cake pan. Sprinkle the pan with a little flour. Place the pan with the dough in a cold oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake for 1.5 hours. Tastes great with ham.
