Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 500 g quark (0.2%)
  • 300 g cream cheese, e.g. Exquisa
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla or cream flavor
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 200 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

without bottom

Mix all ingredients until lump-free. Bake in a springform pan for approximately 50-60 minutes at approximately 180-190 degrees Celsius, or less in a fan-assisted oven.
