Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g low-fat curd cheese
- 20 g protein powder
- 2 egg whites
- 40 g raspberries
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dashes sweetener
- 1 dashes Flavdrops
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix the low-fat quark with the protein powder, baking powder, sweetener, and Flavdrops until smooth. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the quark mixture along with the raspberries. Pour everything into a prepared baking dish. Bake in the oven at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for 20 minutes. 115 kcal per serving.
