Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 60 g butter, soft
  • 40 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 tbsp semolina
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 can/n mandarin orange(s) or fruit of your choice
  • Fat for the mold
  • possibly breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Kindergarten recipe

Drain the canned fruit. Mix all ingredients together, except for the fruit, then carefully fold in the fruit. Grease a baking dish, dust with breadcrumbs if desired, and spread the quark mixture on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes. It tastes best served lukewarm.
