Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g semolina
- 50 g butter, soft
- 4 eggs
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 1 candied lemon peel
- 500 g peach(s), fresh or canned
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Stir all ingredients until smooth. Pour half of the mixture into a greased dish, top with the peaches, then top with the other half. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 60-75 minutes.
