Quark cream with cinnamon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tbsp, heaped cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Separate the egg whites and yolks of both eggs and place the egg whites in a medium bowl, avoiding any of the yolks. Beat the egg whites with a mixer on high until frothy and creamy. Add the low-fat quark and mix for about 2 minutes, until it reaches a pudding-like consistency. Add the cinnamon and sweetener, adding a little more of the sweetener as you go. The cream should no longer taste sour. Serve.
