Quark cream with cream and egg liqueur

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark (low-fat)
  • 400 g whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 6 tbsp eggnog

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the cream (whipped or liquid) with the other ingredients except the eggnog. Pour into a shallow dish and drizzle with the eggnog.
