Quark Croissants

The perfect quark croissants recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Quark
  • 60 gr Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 85 gr Oil
  • 100 gr Sugar
  • 500 gr Flour
  • 1,5 packet Baking powder
  • 100 gr Raisins
  • 50 gr Butter
  • 75 gr Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
  1. Knead all the ingredients, let the dough rest for 10 minutes, weigh 80 gram pieces, shape them into croissants, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (do not set too close together, they will rise)
  2. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees (upper – lower heat) Bake for 15-20 minutes ….. come on the oven. Melt butter. Brush the croissants with butter and roll in sugar. Let cool completely on a wire rack
