Quark Croissants
The perfect quark croissants recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Quark
- 60 gr Milk
- 1 Egg
- 85 gr Oil
- 100 gr Sugar
- 500 gr Flour
- 1,5 packet Baking powder
- 100 gr Raisins
- 50 gr Butter
- 75 gr Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- Knead all the ingredients, let the dough rest for 10 minutes, weigh 80 gram pieces, shape them into croissants, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (do not set too close together, they will rise)
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees (upper – lower heat) Bake for 15-20 minutes ….. come on the oven. Melt butter. Brush the croissants with butter and roll in sugar. Let cool completely on a wire rack
