Using leftovers. Why buy when it’s so easy?

So often there is some sour cream, quark or yogurt left over from cooking. Why not conjure up a delicious dessert with the leftovers? The quantities are fluid. Ideally, add about 100g of sour cream or crème fraîche to 250g of quark, otherwise the dessert will be a bit dry and gritty. If you like, add amaretto cherries with syrup or honey, mandarins or raspberries – the sky is the limit. Drink syrups available under corresponding brand names are also suitable. For example, using about 2 tablespoons of syrup for orange lemonade makes a delicious orange dessert. Jams are also very good. Mix everything well and enjoy!
