Quark dessert with amaretti and banana

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 80 g biscuits (amarettini)
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 500 g quark
  • 75 ml cream
  • 8 tbsp liquid honey
  • 20 g chocolate rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

fruity crispy

Crumble the amaretti biscuits in a blender. Peel and slice the bananas, and drizzle with lemon juice. Blend the quark with the cream until smooth and divide half between 4 dessert glasses. Sprinkle the amaretti biscuits on top and drizzle each with 2 tablespoons of honey. Layer half of the bananas over the honey. Add the remaining quark and remaining banana slices to the bowls. Garnish with chocolate curls.
