Quark dessert with apple and banana

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g sugar
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 apples, grated
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts, ground
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate, grated
  • 250 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the quark, sugar, and milk. Grate the apple and pour over the lemon juice to prevent it from browning. Slice or chop the banana. Add the chocolate and hazelnuts to the quark. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Then carefully fold in the fruit.
