Tomatoes – Peppers – Cream Cheese Dip

The perfect tomatoes – peppers – cream cheese dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 6 Cherry tomatoes panicles
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Herbs of Provence
  • 0,5 Red peppers
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon Espelette pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0,5 Charlotte
  • 1 teaspoon Guar gum for cold dishes if you want to use the dip as a spread
  • Salt
  1. Chop the tomatoes, onions and peppers and add to the cream cheese with the chopped clove of garlic and the herbs of Provence.
  2. Add the paprika powder, Espelette pepper and the olive oil and stir well.
  3. Season to taste with salt.
  4. Guar gum is tasteless. You can buy it in health food stores.
