Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- 4 tbsp buttermilk
- 100 g cooked ham or salmon ham
- 1 tbsp mixed herbs, chopped
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Garlic clove(s), optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
perfect for grilling, dipping or on bread
Mix the low-fat quark with the buttermilk. Cut the ham (I prefer the salmon ham version, it has more kick) into small pieces and stir it into the quark along with the herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If you like, you can also add a clove of garlic.
