Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 g sour cream
- 5 leaves of wild garlic, finely chopped
- 1 handful of chives, finely chopped
- 2 tsp vegetable broth
- 2 tsp sugar
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 tsp mustard
- 3 sprigs of parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
with jacket potatoes or for grilling
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and season to taste. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a while. You can also add other fresh herbs to the dip, depending on your taste. We like to serve it with grilled meat and baked potatoes.
