Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g ice cream (bourbon vanilla ice cream)
  • 100 ml milk
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 pinch(s) of vanilla sugar
  • 1 jar raspberries
  • possibly mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Quark dish with vanilla ice cream and raspberries

Drain the raspberries in a sieve and collect the juice. Empty the ice cream into a mixing bowl and briefly whisk with the milk until creamy. Add the quark and sugar and whisk until smooth. Carefully fold in the raspberries. Add a dash of raspberry juice for color and stir gently. Pour the quark mixture into two dessert bowls and refrigerate. Tip: If you like, garnish with mint leaves.
