Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 g sour cream
- 1 can pineapple
- 1 can of tangerine(s)
- 1 half lemon(s), juice and 1 tsp grated zest
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Drain the pineapple and mandarin oranges. Combine the quark and sour cream and stir in a little of the pineapple and mandarin orange juice until smooth and creamy. Stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Finally, carefully fold in the fruit. Pour the quark into a bowl and garnish with fruit pieces. The fruit is interchangeable, but cherries and strawberries aren’t ideal because they release too much color.
