Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 800 g potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- margarine
- applesauce
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
It’s best to cook the potatoes in their jackets the day before. Peel and grate or mash them. Drain the quark through a sieve or press it into a cloth. Add the eggs, flour, a pinch of salt, sultanas, and the quark and mix everything together. Form into a roll and cut into 1-2 cm thick slices, flattening them slightly. Fry slowly in a pan with margarine until golden brown. Serve warm with apple sauce and sugar.
