Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg jacket potatoes
- 500 g quark
- 150 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 g raisins
- some lemon zest, grated
- Flour, for rolling
- Margarine, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Grate cold, peeled potatoes into a bowl, add the remaining ingredients, and mix everything with a hand mixer until a smooth dough forms. Form small patties, coat in flour, and fry in margarine until golden brown on both sides.
