Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g margarine
- 200 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 375 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Grease for the tray
- 1 kg quark
- 275 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 ml oil
- 300 ml milk
- 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
- 2 cans of tangerine(s)
- 1 pack of cake glaze, clear
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Prepare a pastry from the ingredients. Grease a baking sheet and roll out the pastry thinly. Drain the mandarins, reserving the juice for the glaze. Mix the remaining ingredients, except the mandarins, together and pour over the pastry. Then arrange the mandarins on top. Bake in the oven at 190°C (375°F) for about 45 minutes. Once cooled, prepare the glaze and pour it over the cake.
