Quark Muffins 2.

The perfect quark muffins 2. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Butter
  • 180 g Sugar
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 500 g Quark
  • 1 packet Vanilla pudding
  • 2 tbsp Semolina
  1. Melt the butter. Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, then slowly add the butter.
  2. Add vanilla pudding and then semolina. Grease the muffin pan or silicone molds, depending on the one. Then fill up to the top.
  3. Preheat the oven to 170C for about 30.45 minutes, depending on the oven. Mine were ready in 30 minutes.
  4. The quantity is 12 pieces.
