The perfect quark muffins 2. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Butter
- 180 g Sugar
- 2 piece Eggs
- 500 g Quark
- 1 packet Vanilla pudding
- 2 tbsp Semolina
- Melt the butter. Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, then slowly add the butter.
- Add vanilla pudding and then semolina. Grease the muffin pan or silicone molds, depending on the one. Then fill up to the top.
- Preheat the oven to 170C for about 30.45 minutes, depending on the oven. Mine were ready in 30 minutes.
- The quantity is 12 pieces.
