Quark-oat rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g oat flakes
  • some flaxseed
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 dashes lemon(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

quick and easy

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and form into rolls. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes. You may need a little longer, as the rolls should develop a brownish color.
