Quark – oil dough – rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g quark
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 75 g raisins
  • Condensed milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Combine quark, milk, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Sift together the flour and baking powder, stir half into the quark, and knead in the rest. Knead in the raisins, form a log, and shape into 10 to 16 rolls (cut into pieces first, then roll). Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with canned milk, and bake for about 20 minutes.
