Quark-oil dough

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 g quark, drained
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 6 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Basic recipe: Combine the first 6 ingredients in order. Mix the baking powder with the flour. Stir in half a spoonful at a time, then knead in the rest. Let it rest and process further as needed. Tip: Great as a yeast dough substitute, also for rolls with fillings or raisins.
