Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 tbsp flour, slightly heaped
- 250 g quark
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Sift flour and mix with quark, eggs, lemon juice, and sugar. Heat a little clarified butter or oil in a pan. Drop in the batter a tablespoon at a time, flatten slightly, and bake over low to medium heat until golden brown on both sides. TIP: Serve the quark pancakes with sugared berries, such as strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries, or compote. The quark pancakes are sufficient as a dessert for four and as a sweet main course for two (double the quantities for four).
