Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g quark
- 50 g sugar
- 1 large egg(s)
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- frying fat
- extra sugar, powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
with less curd
Beat the quark with sugar and egg until fluffy, then gradually add the milk, salt, and the flour mixed with the baking powder. Beat the dough vigorously until smooth and supple. Scoop out smooth pieces with a teaspoon and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove from the pan and drain well. Then roll in the desired amount of sugar.
