Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g quark (vanilla quark)
- 80 g poppy seed cake
- 2 sachets of Gelatin Fix
- 4 tbsp amaretto, tonka bean syrup or juice (kids)
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 250 g strawberries, also frozen
- 50 g sugar
- e.g. lemon balm, strawberries, kiwis

quick – light – summery dessert
Combine the vanilla quark with the poppy seed cake and amaretto liqueur, then slowly stir in the gelatine fix. Lightly fold in the stiffly whipped cream and chill. Meanwhile, puree the strawberries and sugar with a hand blender. Ladle the strawberry sauce into glasses, top with the quark foam, and decorate as desired.
