Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 125 g rice
- 1 tsp sugar (or honey)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Cook the rice and let it cool. Pour the quark into a bowl and stir until creamy, then fold in the rice. Season to taste with sugar or honey and cinnamon.
