Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bulb(s), firm
- 125 g butter – 50 g of it as flakes
- 125 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ lemon(s) for the juice
- 5 tbsp semolina
- 500 g quark
- 1 butter-vanilla flavoring
- 5 tbsp cream
- 25 g almonds, sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk together the butter, sugar, 3 egg yolks, salt, lemon juice, semolina, vanilla extract, and quark until fluffy. Beat the 3 egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture. Grease the baking dish and place the pears in it. Pour the mixture into the dish, leaving the pear stems clearly visible. Sprinkle with the butter flakes and almonds. Place in the oven at 160°C (fan oven) (shelf level 2) and bake for about 50 minutes. Serve with wine foam or vanilla sauce.
