- 100 ml Rapeseed oil

Instructions
Quark-oil dough
- Take a mixing bowl (food processor) and first add wheat flour and baking powder, mix. Then raw cane sugar, low-fat quark, whole milk, egg, a pinch of salt and the lemon aroma are added. Knead with a hand mixer (food processor) and slowly pour in the rapeseed oil.
- Now knead the whole thing together until all the ingredients have combined and a smooth dough has emerged. If the dough is too firm, please add a little more of the fresh whole milk. After kneading, quickly process the quark oil dough further.
- Flour a work surface lightly with wheat flour / underlay. Roll out the quark oil dough, about 1 cm thick. Take a star shape and cut it out on the dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air beforehand. Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
- I took a magic stone, brushed it with rapeseed oil and dusted it with a little flour. Now place the stars on top and brush with whole milk. Put in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Repeat this process several times until nothing is left of the dough. After baking, take it out and brush with the milk again. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Place on a cake plate and let cool down.
