Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g potatoes
- 1 fig(s), dried
- 100 g quark
- Cinnamon
- ½ tsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Boil the potatoes for about 25 minutes. Soak the figs in warm water for 10 minutes, pat dry, and cut into thin strips. Mix with the quark. Season with cinnamon. Peel, quarter, or dice the potatoes, and sprinkle with sugar in a nonstick pan. Lightly roast while stirring. Serve with the quark.
