Quark yogurt with mandarins

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark, 40%
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 2 cans of tangerine(s)
  • some sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pour the juice of the mandarin oranges into a bowl. Mix the quark and yogurt together, add a little juice and liquid sweetener, and stir gently. Then put 10-15 tablespoons of the quark-yogurt mixture into a food processor and add about 10 mandarin orange pieces. Blend everything thoroughly and return it to the remaining quark-yogurt mixture. Season to taste; if the quark still has a strong flavor, simply add a little more juice and liquid sweetener. Caution: The mixture must not become too runny. Set aside 12 of the mandarin orange pieces. Now take two of each of the remaining mandarin orange pieces and place them in the bottom of dessert glasses. Then top each with 2-3 tablespoons of quark cream, then add another 3-4 mandarin orange pieces, and then add another 5-7 tablespoons of quark cream. Repeat the process with the mandarins and then more quark cream. Finally, place 3 mandarin orange pieces from the 12 set aside on the last layer of quark cream and place the whole thing in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
