- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 50 g wheat bran
- 100 g oat bran
- 25 g flaxseed
- 1 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 190°C fan/convection oven. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a spoon. Scoop out 12 equal portions with a spoon and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flatten each piece slightly. Bake on the middle rack of the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool before eating. Tips: As an alternative to the pieces, you can also form small balls or use silicone muffin/mini cake molds. In this case, the baking time will need to be increased by a few minutes. The amounts of oat bran, wheat bran, and flaxseed can be varied. This will save a few more carbohydrates from the oat bran.
