Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 4 eggs
- 200 g ham
- 200 g mushrooms, possibly from the can, then drained!
- 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Place the puff pastry in a greased baking pan. Prick the dough with a fork. Slice the ham and mushrooms. Then, mix the eggs, ham, mushrooms, crème fraîche, grated Emmental cheese, and pepper, and pour into the baking pan. You can also sprinkle a little Emmental cheese over the mixture to help it rise a little. Bake for 45-60 minutes at 175°C.
