Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 250 g dark chocolate or raisins
  • 275 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Oat cookies with chocolate or raisins

Using a mixer, break the chocolate into small pieces. It’s best to have a mixture of different sized pieces and powder; the chocolate powder gives the cookies a beautiful dark color. Then mix all the ingredients together thoroughly. Using a teaspoon, place small dollops of dough onto a baking sheet. Bake at 165°C for approximately 15-20 minutes.
