Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 can condensed milk, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Separate the eggs. Melt the margarine (not butter). Grate the Parmesan cheese if desired. Combine the egg yolks, margarine, Parmesan cheese, coconut flakes, and sweet condensed milk. In Brazil, paper baking cups (base diameter approx. 4.5 cm) are available; fill them about halfway. You can also use regular muffin cups. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Very important: let rest for at least one day, preferably two, before serving. A recipe for true sweet tooths.
