Quick and Easy Chocolate Muffin

The perfect quick and easy chocolate muffin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 bars Children’S chocolate in pieces
  • 125 g Flour
  • 1 tbsp Desiccated coconut
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa
  • 50 ml Oil
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 “Schluck” Eierlikör
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  1. Mix everything dry and dusty together, then add the liquids and stir until a dough is formed (it was a bit tough). Then press the dough into the muffin molds, a piece of chocolate and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Finished. You can of course also use other types of chocolate. I got 7 pieces!
