Muffin – Chocolate – Banana

The perfect muffin – chocolate – banana recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Batter

  • 4 size Eggs (L)
  • 4 heaped tablespoons Erythritol (or xylitol)
  • 100 g Quark
  • 1 pack Baking powder
  • 100 g Almond flour
  • 50 g Lowcarb coconut flakes
  • 3 level tablespoons Cocoa fiber
  • 40 g Dark, grated chocolate (90% cocoa content)
  • 50 g Melted butter (but it shouldn’t be hot anymore !!!)
  • 2 size Soft, diced bananas
  1. • Preheat the oven to 170 ° C fan-assisted air • Mix all the ingredients in the specified order to form a batter • Fill the dough into 12 muffin tins • and bake for 25 – 30 minutes
