Quick and healthy egg-free apple pie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 large apples
  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 200 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp honey or sweetener as desired
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine flour, oats, baking powder, and milk in a large bowl. Grate one of the apples and add it. Add the honey (you can sweeten it with a different sweetener) and the cinnamon, and mix everything until smooth. Pour the batter into a well-greased pan. Slice the second apple and spread it on top. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 20 minutes. Do the toothpick test and check your oven’s temperature.
