Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g margarine or butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate decoration (dark chocolate flakes)
  • 150 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Beat eggs, butter, and sugar until fluffy. Add flour, baking powder, water, and chocolate flakes and mix briefly. Fill a greased and breadcrumb-coated pan with the batter. Bake for approximately 1 hour.
