too fast, too delicious

First, for the crumble, mix the flour, almonds, sugar, and cinnamon. Add the butter in pieces and mix everything into crumbles using your fingers or a hand mixer. Refrigerate. Peel, quarter, core, and thinly slice the apples. Set aside. Line a baking tray with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy, then stir in the butter, flour, baking powder, and juice. Spread the batter onto the prepared baking tray, top with the apple slices, and spread the crumble on top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes. Tastes delicious both hot and cold. If you want to store it for longer, we recommend covering it with a cloth or something similar to prevent it from getting soggy.
