Quick apple jelly with allspice and cardamom

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 ml apple juice, natural, unsweetened
  • 250 g gelling sugar (2:1)
  • 1 pinch of allspice
  • 1 pinch of cardamom

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

makes 3 glasses

Heat apple juice, sugar, and spices over high heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Then pour into 3 jars and seal. Let cool.
