Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g sugar
- 125 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 organic lemon(s)
- Fat and breadcrumbs for the form
- 700 g apples
- some powdered sugar for sprinkling

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
simple, quick, uncomplicated and really delicious
Combine butter, eggs, and sugar in a creamy mixture. Stir in the flour mixed with baking powder, milk, and grated lemon zest. Pour this batter into a greased, crumb-covered springform pan or tart pan. Peel, quarter, and score the apples, then top the batter with them. Bake in a preheated oven at 175-200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 40-50 minutes (depending on the oven). Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
