Quick Bean Salad

The perfect quick bean salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 big can Green beans with liquid
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 6 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 0,5 bunch Parsely
  1. Bring the beans with the liquid to the boil briefly, then remove from the stove. Mix the sugar and vinegar together. Add the beans with the liquid. Stir in the oil. Finely chop the onion and parsley and add. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Let the salad stand for at least 1 hour before serving. Season to taste and, if necessary, add a little vinegar, oil or salt and pepper.
