Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Very classy and yet quick to prepare and very tasty

Finely chop the spring onion, garlic cloves, and chili pepper (you can also use 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder instead of 1/2 chili pepper) and fry briefly in a pan. Cut the beef tongue into goulash-sized pieces and add to the pan with the canned tomatoes. Add the lime juice and a little grated zest. Finely chop the oregano and basil and stir in. Season with salt and pepper. I like to serve this with pasta and mix it directly into the pan. But rice also goes very well with it.
