Quick blueberry crumble cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter, cold
  • 125 g sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • 500 g blueberries, frozen
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Fat and breadcrumbs for greasing

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Prepare the crumble from the first three ingredients, adding 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to taste, and refrigerate. Combine the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Add the eggs and mix. Combine the flour and baking powder and add to the batter. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Pour the batter into a greased and breadcrumb-coated pan and spread evenly. Spread the frozen berries on top. Finally, sprinkle the cold crumble over the berries. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
