Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 spring onions
- 1 lettuce heart(s)
- 1 tomato(s)
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
perfect with bowls and Mexican dishes
Cut off the stalk at the bottom of the lettuce heart. Quarter the lettuce heart lengthwise and then cut into strips. Dice the tomato. Slice the spring onion into thin rings. Mix the remaining ingredients together to make a dressing.
