Ingredients

  • 350 g Wholemeal spelt flour
  • 150 g Wholemeal rye flour
  • 150 g Your choice of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts or sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Fruit vinegar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Bread spice mix
  • 42 g Fresh yeast
  • 450 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp Beet syrup goes well with honey
  • Sesame seeds to sprinkle as desired

Instructions

  • 1. Mix the lukewarm water, the crumbled yeast and the beet syrup. 2. Put the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. The vinegar will keep the bread longer. 3. Now add the water with the dissolved yeast. 4. Mix everything well with the dough hook. The dough is not really firm, so the bread can only be baked in a loaf pan. The best is here for the size 25 cm. 5. Now put the finished dough in the loaf pan that has been slightly greased with Sanella and cut in the middle with a knife. So that the bread gets a nice shape. 6. Finally sprinkle the bread with sesame seeds. But you can also leave it out. 7. Now put the loaf pan in the cold oven. 8. Bake on the middle rack at 200 ° C top and bottom heat for 60 - 70 minutes.
