  • 200 ml Warm water
  • 500 g Spelled flour
  • 1 Pck. Dry yeast
  • 2 tsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 250 g Lowfat quark
  • Sesame and flax seeds or other grains / seeds
  • Flour for the work surface
  • Milk

  • Oil
  1. Put the butter in the warm water.
  2. Mix the flour with yeast, mix the sugar, salt, quark and water-butter mixture in a mixing bowl and knead well with a food processor / mixer with kneading dough. I took the bread maker! 😉 Let rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes!

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!

  1. Flour the work surface and pour the dough on it, roll it out and brush with a little milk and sprinkle with sesame and linseed! Roll up!
  2. Oil the box shape and line the base with parchment paper. Carefully put in the bread roll and press down a little. Brush again with some milk and sprinkle with sesame and flaxseed!
  3. Bake the bread for about 30 minutes, then take it out of the mold and bake for another 15 minutes!
