Ingredients
- 50 g Butter half-fat - milk half-fat
- 200 ml Warm water
- 500 g Spelt flour
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 250 g Low fat quark
- Sesame and flax seeds or other grains / seeds
- Flour for the work surface
- Milk
- Box shape
- Parchment paper
- Oil
Instructions
- Put the butter in the warm water.
- Mix the flour with yeast, mix the sugar, salt, quark and water-butter mixture in a mixing bowl and knead well with a food processor / mixer with kneading dough. I took the bread maker! 😉 Let rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes!
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!
- Flour the work surface and pour the dough on it, roll it out and brush with a little milk and sprinkle with sesame and linseed! Roll up!
- Oil the box shape and line the base with parchment paper. Carefully put in the bread roll and press down a little. Brush again with some milk and sprinkle with sesame and flaxseed!
- Bake the bread for about 30 minutes, then take it out of the mold and bake for another 15 minutes!
