Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 1 apple (Elstar)
  • 4 tbsp oat flakes, fine
  • 1 tsp, heaped vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with apple and oat flakes

Wash, core, and slice the apple. Mix it with the oats in a bowl. Blend the natural yogurt with the sugar until smooth (the sugar tastes best when flavored with a real vanilla bean), pour it over the apple, and stir to combine. Divide among serving glasses and serve immediately.
